I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were very nice, comfortable, and warm with a great view, although the decor was just average. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of all the places you'd want to visit. The service was pleasant enough, and they even gave us a fantastic restaurant recommendation for our last night in Spain. The location couldn't be better, being super central and very close to many attractions. The dining experience was amazing, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. Overall, a great value for money stay!

The service was mostly pleasant, although there was one unpleasant incident that left a sour taste. The location was convenient for walking to many attractions in Segovia, although finding the hotel proved challenging at first. We had upgraded to enjoy a terrace overlooking the valley and monastery, but there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke. However, the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the old city of Segovia, providing easy access to main attractions.
