I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were very nice, comfortable, and warm with a great view, although the decor was just average. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of all the places you'd want to visit. The service was pleasant enough, and they even gave us a fantastic restaurant recommendation for our last night in Spain. The location couldn't be better, being super central and very close to many attractions. The dining experience was amazing, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. Overall, a great value for money stay!

I found the hotel to be a mixed bag with some strong positives and a few drawbacks. The rooms were nice to have, but quite small compared to similar hotels on our trip, yet they did come equipped with a sauna, hot tub, shower, and even two bicycles, making up for the size with great air conditioning. The service was mostly pleasant, although there was one unpleasant incident that left a sour taste. The location was convenient for walking to many attractions in Segovia, although finding the hotel proved challenging at first. The dining experience offered good choices but could use some improvements in the variety of dishes available. Overall, a stay with its ups and downs.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was barely bigger than the bed, but it was indeed quieter. We had upgraded to enjoy a terrace overlooking the valley and monastery, but there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke. The service was a bit inconsistent, with some staff members going out of their way to help, while others seemed young and inexperienced. However, the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the old city of Segovia, providing easy access to main attractions. The breakfast was good, with a variety of options, but there was an issue with the sound of running water at night. The facilities were adequate but nothing exceptional.
